Microbiology Division

The microbial quality assessment ensures the safety of a food product. Our comprehensive microbiological analysis includes qualitative and quantitative analysis of pathogens, spoilage and indicator microorganisms present in food products and water. Our experienced microbiologists use conventional and rapid methods for detection and enumeration of microorganisms following approved test methods. We possess equipments such as Tempo for rapid microbial enumeration in food samples, Vidas for screening of pathogens and Real time PCR for rapid detection of pathogens.
